If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I’m passionate about encouraging meaningful connection, purposeful experiences and an understanding that it’s the “little things that are the big things.”

With that being said, I also understand it’s that time of year when presents are purchased and shopping occurs, so I will be adding a few of my favorite sales over the next few weeks. I’ll try and be creative and only things I purchase, but remember, only buy what you can afford. There’s no reason to get caught off guard in January when those credit card statements arrive. Deal?

  1. Dayspring is by far my favorite place to shop for meaningful gift giving. They have something for everyone in all price ranges and SO many great home decor items (plus jewelry, cute tshirts, books, dishes…everything and yep, cards). Now through December 1 you will receive 30% off all your purchases.  At check out, you need to add Promo Code: FRIDAY and free shipping is included over $50.

Did you even know that I had a new gift book come out called   Open-Door Living: Easy Ways to Share the Gift of Hospitality? That’s when you know I need to blog a bit more. It’s so pretty and such a perfect gift for this time of year and yep 30% off thanks to Dayspring. 🙂  Find it here.

Their site has a little bit of everything, but for stocking stuffers, I always check the clearance gifts because that 30% off will be stacked on top of the sale price. For instance, they have these Buy One Get One FREE and then an additional 30% off with code FRIDAY! Shop now! Those cute mugs end up being about $3.50 and they’re chunky and great quality.

And for Just Open the Door fans, they created a perpetual calendar. I haven’t even seen it yet. Can’t wait to get it. It’s brand new.

     2. Creative Experiences (Water Color Online Class)

A few years ago I shared ideas of how we’ve given non-toy gifts that have made an impact for years. I encourage you to read that for more ideas.

I love experiences and this beautiful and super fun watercolor class that my friend Emily has created is worth every penny. Plus, it doesn’t expire so you can enjoy it year round. Today through Dec 1, Emily is giving 25% off the class when you use my affiliate code: JEN25 at checkout. She offers both a class for kids and adults, but honestly, my daughter and I will love doing this together.

This is the small set that I’m starting out with. I’m excited and definitely want to add a water color class to my Becoming conference.

I can’t wait. Check the watercolor classes out here and use JEN25 at checkout for discount.

   3. Dinner is DONE with Home Chef

Obviously, I am a firm believer of gathering around the table and the best way to save money on food is shopping at the grocery store and making our food from scratch, BUT THEN THERE IS REALITY. Talking with some of my young moms, they admit they’re paralyzed with meal time and many of them recommended Home Chef as their favorite meal subscription over competitors. It’s perfect for busy seasons. I mean all the food comes to your door and you do not have to leave the house.

And quite frankly, Home Chef would make the BEST GIFT EVER!!!!!

For a limited time –Home Chef is offering $35 off your first box of meals.  If you do two meals for two people, the coupon makes your first box just $14.80 for restaurant quality dinners – probably with some leftovers. Seriously, you’ll have the opportunity to try all different kinds of meals. (Affiliate links used in this post.)

You can try Home Chef for a few months and if it’s not for you, cancel at any time. Friends have said they’ve saved money in the long run because they’re not wasting food. I’ve tried some and it’s delicious.

   4. Friends, I’ve become obsessed with succulents and Succulent Studios is a new favorite find!!

They make everything cozier and yes, we can keep them alive. If you have a hard to buy for person, or maybe for yourself (raising hands here), how fun to get succulents delivered to your door each month for only $10? I LOVE this because it’s so unique and cancel any time.
