TASTY TUESDAY PARADE OF FOOD!!
Kim from Forever-Wherever, and her hubby Tim, the Remodeling Guy, have graciously passed Kim’s weekly Tasty Tuesday Parade of Foods on to me.
Here is what Kim had to say about it when she introduced it on her blog.
“On Tuesday we’re going to have a wonderful party that you won’t want to miss!
I’m sure you’ve heard of a “parade of homes” before, but this is something new… a parade of food!
Tasty Tuesday Parade of Food!
We can’t wait to see what everyone brings to the party!
It can be ANYTHING to do with food! Things like your favorite recipes, famous recipes, food photos, favorite places to eat, cooking tips, or whatever. How’s that for picky? I have a few guys around my house that love food and I’m open to new ideas!”
Thanks so much to Kim and Tim (say that five times fast) for sharing this with me.
Doesn’t this sound like fun? You know that I love to teach about meal planning, but I am always in need of new, fresh ideas. Eating is something we all need to do, so let’s enjoy the process and make it a meaningful experience, rather than an event that we “have” to do.
“Iron sharpens iron” and I can’t wait to learn from all of you.
I know I am not giving you a lot of notice, but this is the best week to start since you will all be eating or making fabulous foods this Easter Sunday.
Take some pictures and share your ideas on Tuesday. 🙂
I’ll have Mr. Linky set up late every Monday night for you to link up!
You just need to link directly to your post, (not your home page URL), mention ”Balancing Beauty and Bedlam” on your post with a direct link back to Tasty Tuesday!
If you want to copy and paste my button that would be great, but it’s not a requirement.
This is my first official blog party and it’s bringing me back to my middle school jitters.
Please don’t let me show up all by myself. hee hee
Can’t wait to share this weekly party with you!
Yay! I can’t wait to see what you do with the party. It’s always been super!
I am excited for the new party! I will have to take pictures of my first attempt at a trifle! Happy Easter!
I can’t wait!!
sounds like fun. i may join you in a couple weeks!
Out of town for Easter and not cooking… Do you think anyone would want to see my “Pancakes for Dinner” theme? It’s our default for crazy schedules. You’re the food queen! … and you wouldn’t know because you’re a toothpick… good genes or incredible discipline. Lucky girl:)
I splurged on salmon at Costco today! (Grama is visiting!!) It is so yummy and easy to prepare. I will take photos and join you this week! How fun!! I love {good} food… just not having to cook night after night after night…. Blessings!
Woohoo!!! I won’t leave you standing in the corner alone with streamers in your hair… don’t worry!!! How could anyone NOT come to a party hosted by you? This is so exciting!
How fun!! I haven’t heard of it until I saw it here today…I’ll definitely be checking back in! 🙂 Sounds like a good time!
That’s great, Jen. I’ve been worried that you don’t have enough to do.
Can’t wait to see what you “cook” up.
Have a wonderful Easter weekend.
That picture looks sooo yummy!
Oooooh this will be fun! And tasty too! 🙂
YOu are the perfect hostess of this par-tay! See you then…
Suzanne
I can’t keep up with you girl…..you inspire, delight and surprise!
Happy Easter
xoooooxoxo
Sounds like fun!
oh… i’m excited! i love to share and receive food inspiration.
Sounds like fun! This year we’re going out for dinner, so I won’t have any pics of our usual home made fair. But I do have a favorite entree at the restaurant we go to. The guys will especially love my non-traditional choice for Easter dinner.
See you at the party!
How exciting ~ I can’t wait for the fun to begin!
Jo
