On this Christmas Day, as I ponder the miracle of my Lord’s Birth, and rejoice in His gift to us, it also allows me some quiet moments to pause and ponder.
I glanced back this week at some old pictures around the house (above are a few of our annual Thanksgiving Pictures taken every Black Friday at either the Christmas Tree farm or Mass General Store in Boone, NC.)
I realize that I blinked and our little boys became young men. It’s been an eye opening year.
I want to cherish the moments, accept the challenges that come with living Life to its fullest, embrace the blessings that have graciously been given, and wish all of you the most Merry of Christmases.
Much love from our family to yours,
Jen
Beautiful family!
Merry Xmas to you and your wonderfull family!!!You look so great!!
Such a good looking family. Yes, the time does fly by.
Merry Christmas!
I love the pics! Such a beautiful family. Merry Christmas!
Wow! Your youngest son has definitely grown a lot in the last two years.
It is very bittersweet to watch them grow so fast. My Mom just said to me the other day that one of my 8 year old twins looks so grown up now compared to last year. And everyone kept commenting that my 11 year old son is now almost as tall as his Dad.
Merry Christmas! 🙂
@Joy, I know. I showed my husband and he wouldn’t believe that was only two years ago. I had to go back and show him the Thanksgiving picture from two years ago to prove he had changed that much. 🙂
What beautiful memories. These will be so important to share with your family as they grow up and later have families too. My Mother passed away this August and it has been such a blessing to get to look at Christmas from all the years we had to spend together. How precious!
Wonderful pictures. Totally amazing how they grow.
I can’t even imagine feeding those boys! You really need to be able to get a log of bang out of your food budget dollars
I follow your site and appreciate your helpful tips and savings advice. Your family is beautiful! I hope you are enjoying every lovely moment this Christmas.
Blessings,
Tanya (In Tucson; wife and Mom to 4 little women.)
