It’s always one of our “Go To” recipes for any type of gathering and everyone loves it.

There are so many variations to this recipe, especially depending on the type of veggies that are in season or which ones your family prefers, so know that the recipe below is just a recommendation. You can decrease the amount of cream cheese or mayo and increase the amount of veggies. Just play with it until it’s your favorite as well. It’s a very forgiving recipe and aren’t those the ones we all love?

Have fun adorning it with your favorite toppings, but be warned, this goes fast (especially if I am anywhere within reach)!
Recipe: Cold Veggie Pizza Appetizer with Crescent Rolls
Summary: This delicious Cold Veggie Pizza Appetizer with Crescent Rolls pleases a crowd every time.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Crescent Rolls
- 16 oz. cream cheese. softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- Assorted Veggie Toppings (optional):
- 1 cup broccoli, cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- zucchini, mushrooms, green onions, cucumbers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread Crescent rolls onto large cookie sheet.
- Press edges.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing.
- Spread onto cooled rolls.
- Sprinkle veggies on top, one at a time with tomatoes last.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cut into squares before serving.

After spreading your cream cheese/ mayo mixture, cut your squares before adding the veggies.
