As I was writing on the topic “What in the world is a tablescape” (to be posted later this week), I came across the suggestion to use fruits and vegetables for decorative variety.
Do you think this was what they had in mind?

So what interesting items have greeted you lately while getting ready to create your Tasty Tuesday masterpiece?
Considering I was out of town this past week, I am anxious to glean fresh ideas for my sorely lacking weekly meal plan. Somehow summer gets those “best intentions” all out of whack.

I recently found garlic sprouting in my refrigerator. I separated the cloves and put them in a brown bag. I will try planting them this fall. though perhaps I should pull them out and use them for a centerpiece!

Gotta love that as a centerpiece! I wonder if my overripe bananas would make a nice centerpiece – LOL??

Ooooooh boy. I need to give my fridge a thorough inspection and cleaning!
We're trying to use up our veggies as fast as we can but sometimes it's a struggle figuring out how to cram as many veggies as possible into one meal.
