It’s September 1st, which means some new coupons have loaded at Coupons.com and around. I just finished printing out my favorites and you won’t be disappointed.
Here’s just a sampling of what I will use this month.
Ol El Paso taco seasoning is OFTEN priced at $1 or under. Use this Old El Paso Coupon at a store that doubles and you can get this for free or nearly free if your store doesn’t double.
As much as I love making home made pizza, I admit, we eat frozen more often. Easy and quick…Digiorno’s is one of our favs, especially with a Digiorno’s coupon.
Six months ago, I stockpiled about 30 bags of frozen veggies. We use them all the time, but they are GONE. (Gasp) I’ve been waiting for a great BOGO free sale and this coupon will be perfect. (There are three other Green Giant coupons, so just look around)
I am ending with the best coupon of all. $5 off of FIVE Kraft Products. Print now because this will not last long. This past week, I actually went into the fridge and had NO cheese. I had to buy some without a good sale. That is the number one Stockpiling 101 error. Well, Walmart, Publix, Target and Harris Teeter all have cheese on sale for $2. Use this coupon and you can get it for $1/piece.
Meijer – Buy 10 Kraft Chunk Cheese (8 oz) @ $1.67 each
Use two $5.00/5 Kraft Cheese or Dairy
Pay $6.67 and get a $5.00 checkout coupon valid on your next order
Yes, paying $1.67 for 10 packages of Kraft Chunk Cheese after coupons and catalina promotion is unbelievable. We don’t have Meijer in NC, but it’s almost worth the drive. lol. (thx to Mercedes commentors)
Safeway Kraft Cheese is on sale for $1.69 with in ad coupon and $10 minimum purchase. Use this $5/5 coupon and get them for only $0.69 ea! There is a limit of 3 at the $1.69 price so you’ll have to buy 2 other items that may or may not be on sale. I’d suggest looking for the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, which could be a great filler item.
Does anyone know any other store that Kraft is on sale? I’ll update it. Make sure you hit the back button when printing coupons. You may print two.

Is it okay to use 2 coupons. I have coupon fear sometimes that cashiers will yell at me or be mean to me about coupon usage and I chicken out all the time lol.

@Ava, Trust me, I think many can relate, but you absolutely can use two. In fact, nearly all the stores around the country will let you use even three of one like coupon. You can’t use three on one product, but you could even buy 15 cheese products and use three coupons (at most stores.) If you are ever questioning, each store as a coupon policy posted. So that was a really long answer for just a “yes.” lol

thanks for getting back with me. I’m tired of missing out on all the good deals because I’m afraid a cashier will say something. So many cashiers aren’t aware of their own stores coupon policies (even sometimes the store managers don’t know). I don’t know why some cashiers act that way considering the stores get compensated by the product’s company for each coupon.
I’m going to run to Meijer’s today! Thanks for passing this on!

I also saw in my local (Seattle) Safway Ad they have Wholly Guacamole on sale for $4.99 plus you got a FREE 14oz Wholly Queso – I have two coupons for $1/1 for Wholly Guacamole that I clippped and also just printed another one from Smart Source. I will have some yummy dips for Labor Day BBQ – 4 tubs for only $7 – I think that will be great. Not the best deal ever, but still a good one! Also, Albertson’s has Kraft cheese on sale, so I plan to use the Kraft deal there in hopes of getting another Catalina!!

Sorry to post a silly question here, but I can’t locate the El Paso coupon. Is it gone already or is there a certain zip code I should be looking in? Thanks!

hey Hallie – no question is silly. Let me go check and see if I can still find it. My zip is 27357 and it was there yesterday, but it may be gone already. That would be a bummer since I didn’t post my two (only one).

Hi Jennifer:
Thank you for all you do and for keeping us informed. I just got an e-vic special from Harris Teeter and it said Kraft shredded cheese was buy one get one free. I thought that would go well with the 5.00 off coupon. Also I tried using the coupon yesterday at Walmart and for some reason it only took off 2.00. I thought that was strange. The manager even came over and said basically” it is what it is” and they can’t do anything about it. I kindly thanked her and asked them to remove the 5 packages of Kraft cheese I had bought and knew I could use my coupon better somewhere else. Thank you again!

@Jennifer, I know, I just got that email this morning too, but guess what? I bought ten at HT yesterday. UGH. I have to try and see if my mom needs her two.
That is crazy that that happened at Walmart, but I may know the problem. When they scanned it at HT, it asked to enter the amount of the product and so she put in $2 and then it took off two. I wonder if that is what happened with yours as well. She had to redo it and enter $5 (for the amount of the coupon , instead of the amount of the product.) Anyhow, just an FYI – heads up so you can let them know at HT. It’ll be only $3 for 5 things of cheese at HT with that Vic deal…

I am sure that is exactly what happened at Walmart. I am glad it worked out that way though since it is so much cheaper at Harris Teeter this week. Thank you for info. Have a blessed weekend!

So I went to Meijer’s (in cincy area) and tried to use coupon…they wouldn’t take it said it was fraudulent. I knew this would happen to me once I finally got guts to use the coupon. I am getting ready to email the store manager now.

@Ava, Ava – I am so sorry for the hassle, but I absolutely would. I have to talk to managers often because some do not know the policy. That coupon was offered from Kraft’s site. Anyhow, to help you out, I looked up their coupon policy on their site. It states they offer internet coupon so there’s no reason they should not accept this. BUT, I am still sorry for the hassle.
Meijer Coupon Policy
Coupons are a great way to save extra money when shopping with us, and we have made it easy to use them at our stores.
When accepting coupons, Meijer uses the following guidelines:
* We accept two kinds of coupons; Meijer issued coupons and manufacturer coupons.
o Only one manufacturer coupon and one Meijer coupon for the same item will be accepted (unless prohibited).
o Mealbox coupons are considered Meijer coupons.
* We accept all valid internet coupons. See store for details.
* We reserve the right to limit quantities.
* If the value of the coupon is more than the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied, the value of the coupon will be applied up to the price of the item.
* We do not apply the excess value of a coupon to the order total if the value of the coupon is over the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied.
* Only coupons for products carried in our stores will be accepted.
* All coupons should be given to the cashier while you’re checking out and cannot be applied to a previous purchase.

I sent them the kraft website link, the Huddle for Hunger link and a press release from Kraft about the promotion. I swear my Meijer’s acts like any coupon off the internet is fraudulent. I gave my parents a printed out coupon for Coca Cola and they were told it was fraud (it wasn’t) and it embarassed my parents so this is twice now.
I’m mad because the sale ends tomorrow and I probably will miss out on the deal lol.
Thanks for passing on the info…I love how you answer comments! I may end up looking around at other stores in my area and using it elsewhere ;o)
