Welcome to the Kick off of 3 Moms, 3 Kitchens, 31 Days.
My sweet friends, Toni from the Happy Housewife, Kate from Cooking During Stolen Moments, and I are about to embark on a month long journey of opening our kitchens to you.

As I mentioned on Friday, “I invite you to  follow along everyday as I share real time, real life, and the real budget of how I feed our family and friends well on a budget. Yes, this will be the nitty gritty, in’s and outs..

Honestly, I can’t believe that I have agreed to this bedlam, but it gets even better. I’m not doing it alone.”

We’ll share recipes, cooking tips, meal plans, Grocery Guru budgets and I’ll personally share my bedlam moments because there are bound to be one or two or a hundred. icon smile 3 Moms, 3 Kitchens, 31 Days Are there any specific meal related topics you’d like me to cover? I’m open to it all.

My hope is that we’ll be encouraged and refreshed in our desire to be the Best Family Managers we can be, even when some days, we  just don’t feel like it. Sometimes our best laid plans go south, but hopefully, with a little pre-planning, flexibility and encouragement from each other, we can bring some magic back to even our most mundane tasksrsz img 5726 300x200 3 Moms, 3 Kitchens, 31 Days.  (Like right now, for instance, I’m supposed to be doing a bit of bulk baking, but instead, I had a little surprise interruption, which is causing my kitchen to look like this. I’m definitely not complaining since includes stainless + steel, but it’s about just doing the next thing…even when it’s not what was on “the plan.” icon smile 3 Moms, 3 Kitchens, 31 Days

So how will my first day end up after such a disastrous start? I’ll let you know when I share my  day for Tasty Tuesday.

I can’t wait to hear abour freezing mashed potatoes! I’m also leading a seminar on organizing / meal planning for a women’s retreat, so I’m hoping to learn and share with other ladies. I think your blog will act as a great springboard!
